Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston is a performer that was born in Newark New Jersey on 9th August 1963. Their parents include gospel stars Cissy Houston(n e Emily Lee Drinkard), and John Russell Houston Jr. Whitney's cousin Dionne warwick is also a singer. The mother of Whitney Houston and her daughter started singing professionally at New Hope Baptist Church of Newark at the age of 15 years old. They sang the backing vocals for Chaka Khan's track from 1978 Im Every Woman. After that, she began to join the backing vocals of Jermaine, Lou Rawls, and even her mother. Her work as the vocalist featured in New York funk group Material was noticed by big record companies, like Arista, with which she signed her contract in 1982, where she continued to work for the remainder of her career. The debut Whitney Houston album was released in 1985. It was one of the most successful album by a musician. All My Love was released in 1985 and became a number one hit. Album was sold out in US 3,000,000 copies before it went to 25,000,000 globally. This brought her first of her six Grammy Awards. The Whitney album followed in 1987 and the singles What Do Broken Hearts GO and I Wanna Dance With Somebody helped to expand on the popularity of her debut album. But it was it was the 1992 film The Bodyguard that solidified her standing as one of the most well-known artists. While the movie itself and her performance in it were not highly reviewed, the soundtrack album as well as her rendition of Dolly Parton song I Will Always Love You made the charts of albums and singles for months and sold 44 million copies around the world. In 1993, it was also that she was married to Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition musician who gave her only child Bobbi Kristina Brown. Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchorperson for the CNN reporter and political correspondent for CNN. Her programs on Saturdays are Evans & Novak Late Edition, Inside Politics and Inside Politics. Bash was awarded many times as well as a spot at the top of the Women in Washington Power List published by Elle magazine. A lot of young journalists praise Bash for her incredible reporting and anchoring abilities. The George Washington University grad is the most loving mom to her only child.
